  SGF Series Hardened Gear Reducer Product Introduction

  1. The product design adopts the transmission device specifications of JB/T9050.1-1999, consisting of a reducer and a distribution box, and is a specialized product matched with conical twin-screw gearboxes.

  2. The gears of the reducer are made of 20CrMnMo, processed through carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding, with a gear accuracy of grade 6 and hardness reaching HRC58-62, resulting in low transmission noise.

  3. The gears of the distribution box are made of 42CrMo, carburized and quenched after being cut by CNC gear hobbing machines, featuring high gear accuracy and hardness reaching HRC58-62, with low transmission noise.

  4. Thrust bearings use top domestic brands ZHJ and DYZV, and can also be selected from foreign brands SKF, FAG, NSK according to customer requirements.

  5. The reducer housing uses HT250 material, and the distribution box housing uses QT500 material, designed with thick walls to ensure high stability and smoothness of the host machine. The external design of the housing helps reduce noise, dissipate heat, and facilitates part lubrication and subsequent maintenance.

  6. Skeleton oil seals use the Taiwan TTO brand. The high-speed and low-speed shafts of the gearbox adopt a double oil seal form, completely eliminating the possibility of oil leakage.
