Rubber Film Cooling Machine -- Efficient Cooling System for Continuous Rubber Mixing Production

I. Product Description

The film cooling machine is a specialized equipment used to cool rubber sheets extruded by the sheeting mill after mastication or mixing. It works in conjunction with the sheeting mill or open mill to directly cool the rubber sheets, achieving continuous mixing and improving production efficiency. The equipment mainly consists of an anti-tack agent application device, a clamping and lifting conveyor belt, a hanging film cooling conveyor device, a cutting and stacking device, a transmission device, and a control system. According to the cooling method, it can be divided into three types: roller type, hanging type, and conveyor belt type.

Detailed Equipment Composition: Anti-tack Agent Application Device: Includes dipping and spraying methods to prevent film adhesion.
