　　Product Introduction

　　1. Designed per JB/T9050.1-1999, consists of reducer and distribution box, specialized for twin-screw extruders.

　　2. Gears made of 20CrMnMo, carburized, hardened, ground, grade 6 precision, HRC58-62 hardness, low noise.

　　3. Distribution box gears: 42CrMo, CNC hobbed, carburized, hardened, HRC58-62, high precision, low noise.

　　4. Thrust bearings: ZHJ/DYZV brands, optional SKF/FAG/NSK.

　　5. Reducer housing: HT250, distribution box: QT500, thick-walled design for stability, optimized for noise reduction, heat dissipation, lubrication, maintenance.

　　6. Oil seals: Taiwan TTO brand, dual seals on high/low-speed shafts to prevent leakage.
