　　Product Features:

　　1. Product design complies with the technical specifications of JB/T9050.1-1999.

　　2. Gear material is 20CrMnMo, processed by carburizing, quenching, and grinding. Gear precision is grade 6, hardness reaches HRC58-62, ensuring low transmission noise.

　　3. All thrust bearings use top domestic brands ZHJ and DYZV. SKF, FAG, or NSK brands can be used upon customer request.

　　4. The housing uniquely uses HT250 material with a split, thick-wall design, ensuring high stability and smooth operation. The external design aids in noise reduction, heat dissipation, part lubrication, and future maintenance.

　　5. Skeleton oil seals use the Taiwan TTO brand. Both high and low-speed shafts employ a double oil seal structure to thoroughly prevent oil leakage. 6: Screw Connection: Standard uses GB/T1095-1979 180-degree double keyways or GB/T1144-1987 rectangular splines. Custom connections for any screw/barrel combination available per customer needs.
