SG Series Hardened Gearbox Product Introduction

1. Designed per JB/T9050.1-1999, it consists of a reducer and distribution box, tailored for conical twin-screw gearboxes.

2. Gears are made of 20CrMnMo, carburized, quenched, and ground to Grade 6 precision, hardness HRC58-62, ensuring low noise.

3. Distribution box gears use 42CrMo, carburized and quenched after CNC hobbing, high precision, hardness HRC58-62, low noise.

4. Thrust bearings feature ZHJ and DYZV brands; SKF, FAG, NSK available on request.

5. Boxes use HT250 and QT500 materials with thick walls for stability, designed for noise reduction, heat dissipation, lubrication, and maintenance.

6. Taiwan TTO brand oil seals with dual seals on shafts to prevent leaks.
